Other powertrain features include a limited-slip differential, four-wheel independent suspension, and a front and rear stabilizer bar. 

Fuel efficiency on the base model engine is an estimated 27 mpg in the city and 35 mpg on the highway, or 30 mpg combined. Those who opt for the higher trim levels with the turbocharged engine can expect to get fuel efficiency of 24 mpg in the city and 32 mpg on the highway, or 27 mpg combined. 

Convenience Features and Technology

The 2024 Subaru Legacy offers a range of advanced technology that enhance the driving experience, including the latest in infotainment and comfort. 

On the base model, the infotainment system is displayed on two, 7-inch screens. But the Premium model bumps that up to one, large 11.6-inch vertically oriented display screen. In the two-screen setup, the top screen is used to control the entertainment system, and the bottom screen controls climate settings, oversees safety features, and displays driver information. The entertainment system includes Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth streaming functionality, a four-speaker audio system, and satellite radio. Subscription to satellite radio is free for the first four months.
