Who Qualifies for the Repaired for Life Program?
The repair must be $200 or more (before tax)
The repair must include qualifying components, such as:
• Brakes (pads, rotors, calipers, etc.)
• Batteries
• Other eligible mechanical repairs - ask your Service Advisor for details
All qualifying repairs are backed for life as long as you own the vehicle. It's just one more way Granite Subaru goes the extra mile for our customers.
How Do I Claim a Repair Under This Program?
Take immediate action to prevent further damage to Your Vehicle. This Warranty will not cover the damage caused by failure to secure prompt repair of the failed Covered Part(s). Any damage resulting from the continued operation of an impaired vehicle will constitute a failure to protect Your Vehicle and will not be covered under this Warranty.
Contact the Administer at RFL.YDE.CLAIMS. We can be contacted Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 6:00 pm, or Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Mountain Standard Time.
Take Your Vehicle to any Licensed Repair Facility and provide a copy of this Warranty.
You may need to authorize the repair facility to inspect and/or tear down your vehicle to determine the cause and cost of the repair. You will be responsible for these charges if the failed part is not covered under this Warranty. We reserve the right to require an inspection of Your Vehicle before any repairs are made. If We request an inspection and repairs are made before the completion of an inspection, or if We are unable to verify a failure has occurred or the cause of the failure, Your claim may be denied. Do not agree to have repairs performed under the terms of this Limited Warranty unless your repair facility has received an authorization number from Us.
