Subaru Ascent Model Research
The 2024 Subaru Ascent is a very popular SUV in the crowded SUV segment. It has a lot of competition, but that doesn't mean that it doesn't come out on top in many ways. It offers a lot of space, decent mileage, and it's fun to drive. Not only that, since it's a Subaru, it's bound to last a long time and take everything you throw at it. The Subaru Ascent is great for families, people who want to go off-roading, weekend warriors and those who are just looking for a reliable SUV that can do it all.
If you want something that is roomy, the Ascent is a great choice as it offers ample room for up to eight passengers and their equipment. It also has a host of driver assistance features, including adaptive cruise control and automated emergency braking. It offers a decent 260 horses under the hood, and a 6.7 second 0-60 time. It has a very responsive steering and is even great off the pavement. Subaru is known for off-roading, and the Ascent is no exception.
The Ascent offers a Wi-Fi hotspot Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, along with a standard 11.6-inch touchscreen. As mentioned, it's comfy on the inside, and if you want heated rear seats, a memory driver's seat or leather-trimmed upholstery, you can get that on the top two models. If you fold down the rear seats, you can also have more room. Either way, there is ample room in the Ascent for you and your passengers, along with all their cargo.
Standard on every Ascent is Subaru's EyeSight safety suite. The ascent has a solid safety rating from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and Insurance Institute for Highway. Some safety features include standard adaptive cruise control, standard lane-departure warning and lane-keeping assist as well as standard forward-collision warning and automated emergency braking.
