What warranty comes with a new Subaru from Granite Subaru?
Every new Subaru purchased at Granite Subaru includes a complimentary limited 10 year/150,000 mile powertrain warranty powered by Allstate. It covers every model we sell, has no deductible, and runs until you reach 10 years or 150,000 miles, whichever comes first. Subaru's factory powertrain coverage ends at 5 years or 60,000 miles.
This is a Granite Subaru program. It is not offered by other Subaru retailers in our area, and it is not something you buy at the finance desk. It is included in the price of every new Subaru we sell, from Impreza to Ascent to Trailseeker. The coverage belongs to you as the original purchaser and ends when the vehicle is sold.
Like nearly every vehicle warranty, it protects the powertrain against covered breakdowns and does not cover wear items such as brake pads and batteries. That is exactly the gap our Pay Once Program fills, so the two work together.

How the warranty and Pay Once work together
What is the Pay Once Program?
Pay for a qualifying brake, battery, or other mechanical repair of $200 or more per line item at our Hudson service center once, and that repair is covered for as long as you own the vehicle, parts and labor. It works on any make and any model year, and you do not need to have bought the vehicle from us.
There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to buy. Coverage starts automatically with your first qualifying repair and stays with that repair on that vehicle until you sell it. If your brakes wear out again at 90,000 miles or 160,000 miles, the pads, the rotors, and the labor are covered. Away from home? Your coverage is honored at licensed repair facilities nationwide.
Ask your Service Advisor before the work begins whether a repair qualifies, and you will know upfront. Longtime customers may remember this benefit as Repaired For Life; Pay Once is the same coverage under its new name.

Is Granite Subaru open on Sundays?
Yes. Our showroom is open Sundays from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, and seven days a week overall. Sales, finance, and test drives are available on Sundays. Our service and parts departments are open Monday through Saturday, with service drop off starting at 7:00 am.

Can I try a Subaru before I buy it?
Yes. Through the Just Drive Subaru Rental Program you can rent an Outback, Forester, Crosstrek, or Ascent for a day or a weekend and drive it the way you actually live: your gear in the back, your driveway, your family in the seats. Daily rates are published on the rental page.
A test drive is twenty minutes on the roads around the dealership. A rental answers the questions a test drive cannot: whether the cargo area fits the stroller and the dog, how the Forester handles Route 3 in the rain, whether the Ascent's third row is really for adults. Every rental is a dealer serviced, fully inspected Subaru with Symmetrical All Wheel Drive. Renters must be 21 or older with a valid license and proof of insurance.

What does Allstate Signature Certified mean on a pre-owned vehicle?
Look for the Allstate Signature Certified badge on any pre-owned listing. Every badged vehicle has passed our multipoint inspection and includes a powertrain limited warranty up to 100,000 miles at no cost, honored at any licensed repair facility in the United States or Canada, with rental and trip interruption reimbursement included.
The powertrain is where the expensive used car surprises live: engine, transmission, drive axle. Signature Certified coverage is administered by Pablo Creek Services, a member of the Allstate family of companies, and you are free to have covered repairs done at any licensed shop, not only ours. For Subaru vehicles, we also carry Subaru Certified Pre-Owned inventory backed by the factory program.

What if the pre-owned vehicle I want is at one of your sister stores?
We will bring it to Hudson. Our pre-owned inventory is shared with Granite Hyundai in Somersworth, New Hampshire and Hyundai of Saco in Saco, Maine, and vehicles move between the three stores regularly. See something you like at either store and we will have it here within a day or two for you to drive. No cost, no obligation.

Who owns Granite Subaru?
Granite Subaru is owned and operated by Jim Angotti, who opened the dealership at 193 Lowell Road in 2018. Jim, his wife Sharon, and their children have lived in Hudson for more than 15 years. Every manager, sales consultant, and service advisor is listed by name, with a direct extension, on our staff page.
