Performance
The 2021 Subaru Impreza efficiently utilizes engine performance and fuel. The standard engine in all 2021 Impreza models is the direct-injection four-cylinder engine. The base engine has a standard five-speed manual transmission with 152 horsepower and 145 pound-feet of torque. Other models have an option of a continuously variable automatic transmission for those that prefer it.
To minimize the transmission of vibration from the engine to the car's interior, Subaru installed pistons on the engine that rock side to side to cancel vibration. Therefore, all your rides will be smooth. The sedan's and hatchback's gas mileage in the city is 23 mpg and 24 mpg, respectively. However, both achieve 31 mpg on the highway.
Interior
There is nothing that Londonderry drivers love more than a spacious vehicle, and the 2021 Subaru Impreza will offer them just that. This car has an admirable passenger and cargo room for a compact car. Tall drivers will also appreciate the legroom of the front seats. The back seats have a 60/40 split ratio to increase the capacity of the cargo area.
The driver's seat is six-way adjustable for a comfortable driving experience. Front seats and side mirrors are heated, and there is a moonroof option in higher models of the 2021 Impreza. Subaru combined contrast stitching and soft materials to design the interior seating, giving it a comfortable and relaxing look.
Technology
Subaru provides the Starlink Multimedia system for entertainment. It has a standard 6.5-inch touchscreen where you can navigate and stream music around Chelmsford. There is integration with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay that allows wireless connection to your car. The voice recognition feature allows you to make and receive calls hand-free for safe driving. Also, there is a high-performance Harman/Kardon sound speaker.
There is also a Subaru Starlink safety and security system that gives you control of your Impreza's setting from your phone. You can regulate the interior climate of your 2021 Impreza and start the engine remotely from your smartphone. In case your Impreza gets into an accident, the application automatically alerts an operator, thanks to the automatic collision notification. The system is standard on the Sport, Premium, and Limited models of the 2021 Subaru Impreza.
